These Terms of Service govern the use of websites available at coflow.pl and ai-report.coflow.pl, operated by:

The services are intended for businesses and entrepreneurs (B2B). You must be at least 18 years old to use the services.

The Provider offers the following electronic services:

a) Information website (coflow.pl)
Presentation of the Provider's service offerings. Access is free and requires no registration.

b) AI Diagnostic (ai-report.coflow.pl)
A free diagnostic tool that generates a personalized AI implementation roadmap report. The User fills out a form and provides an email address to which the PDF report is sent. No registration required. No limit on submissions.

c) Meeting booking
Option to schedule a free 15-minute consultation via the external Calendly platform. The Provider charges no fees for booking or for the meeting itself.

The AI Diagnostic report is for informational and orientation purposes only.

• The Report does not constitute professional, consulting, legal, or financial advice.
• Time and cost savings estimates are approximate and based on averaged industry data — we do not guarantee specific results.
• The Report is intended to point the User toward potential areas for exploration and provide a diagnostic prompt for further analysis.
• The Provider is not liable for business decisions made based on the Report.
• For detailed recommendations tailored to your specific business situation, we recommend booking a consultation.

Using the Services requires:

• A device with internet access
• A web browser with JavaScript support
• A valid email address (for AI Diagnostic)

All services available on the websites are free of charge. The websites do not support online payments.

If you are interested in paid consulting services after a meeting, terms and billing are arranged individually. Invoices are issued manually by the Provider.

Content published on the websites (text, graphics, layout, logo) is the property of the Provider and is protected by copyright law.

Reports generated by AI Diagnostic may be freely used by the User for internal purposes. Public redistribution in a manner that implies authorship by someone other than the Provider is prohibited.

The Provider will address complaints within 14 days of receipt.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered office.

For Users who qualify as consumers under the Polish Civil Code, jurisdiction is determined by general provisions of law.

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service. Changes take effect on the date of publication of the updated version on this page.
